Since they started working together in 2009, Kevin Chisholm and Bastien Broda have invested in 39 NYC buildings totaling 10+ million square feet. Kevin and Bastien work closely together to oversee all aspects of 60G's acquisitions and investment management operations.

Acquisitions
60G's Acquisitions Team conducts intensive fundamental research on highly targeted investment strategies to source, underwrite, finance, and close real estate debt and equity investments with complex and creative legal and financial structures. The Acquisitions Team members worked at leading NYC capital markets advisory firms prior to joining 60G.
